Who we are

h5bits is a product line of H5 Innovations AS, Bergen, Norway. Contact: hello@h5bits.com.

What you buy

A personal, non-transferable licence to use one app on the Macs you own, for life. The licence covers every update to the major version you bought. You may not resell or share the key.

Payment

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies.

Refunds

Write to us within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full — even though you asked for the download to start at once and so would otherwise lose the statutory right of withdrawal.

What we store

Your email address, what you bought and when, and your licence keys — so we can send them to you again. Sign-in links and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes. We do not sell or share any of it, and we use no advertising trackers. The apps themselves send nothing to us: your documents stay on your Mac, and the AI features talk directly to the AI provider you chose.

Mail is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Ask us at any time to see or delete your data.

Warranty

The apps are provided as they are. We fix what we can, as fast as we can, and the refund promise above is your safety net.
